Andrea Limmer loads the satire gun at Lindenkeller

When times get stormy, sometimes there's only one solution: strap on the ukulele, sharpen the punchlines, and march on stage with a strong Bavarian "But we are it too!" Andrea Limmer presents her new music cabaret program "Gun Woman" in the Lindenkeller-Unterhaus in Freising on Sunday, November 29, 2026.

Stand-up with musical firepower

Andrea Limmer combines sharp satire, pointed cabaret, and captivating live music into a comedy experience with plenty of punch. Her ukulele Karla accompanies stories from the urban prairie, the mental borderlands, and daily confrontations with clown boys and girls. The result: keenly observed comedy, Bavarian wit, and a stage presence that doesn't let dull everyday life go unscathed.

Country, Blues, and Bavarian Rock 'n' Roll

Musically, "Gun Woman" pulls every register between country, rock 'n' roll, blues, and folk. Limmer doesn't just play a few songs between the punchlines; she builds a unique soundtrack for her satire out of them. The timing is spot on, the interaction feels direct, and the comedy atmosphere gets an extra boost from every guitar or ukulele chord.

An Amazon with precise timing

Andrea Limmer appears as a Lower Bavarian heavy girl, as Ronja the robber daughter of music cabaret, and as a refreshingly cheeky party girl. Behind the rugged images lies precise observation: highly technologic Yankees, mental border areas, and the little absurdities of modern life land right in the stage crosshairs. Her playful joy meets a hilariously funny fighting spirit and a soothing dose of cheerful calmness.
