Constanze Lindner brings Lindner's Joy of Life to Freising
When a reading suddenly turns into a cabaret roller coaster ride, Constanze Lindner is on stage. With "Lindner's Joy of Life", the audience at Lindenkeller Freising can expect an energetic laughter experience combining stand-up, cabaret, acting, and reading.
Comedy with Whirlwind Energy
Constanze Lindner sweeps across the stage with unspoiled joy for playing, great empathy, and impressive stage presence. Her humor combines pointed observations with heartfelt self-irony. It's about the ups and downs of life, one’s own body, self-acceptance, and the often gloriously absurd search for joy in life.
Not a classic reading, but a lively stage play
“Lindner's Joy of Life” carries the subtitle “The Show to the Book”, but remains far from a quiet reading hour and polite page-turning. The format thrives on direct audience dialogue, precise timing, acting moments, and a stage presence that turns even an everyday punchline into a little cabaret hit.
Punchlines, Emotions, and a Strong Audience Reaction
The comedy atmosphere ranges from roaring laughter to touching moments. Lindner tells stories wisely, warmly, and ridiculously funny. This mix of interaction, emotion, and pace makes the evening special: The audience laughs, feels caught out, and leaves uplifted.
Press Reviews with Plenty of Laughter Volume
The Süddeutsche Zeitung praised the warmth that Constanze Lindner radiates. The Augsburger Allgemeine described the production as a particularly funny reading that is actually not a reading at all. The Merkur called her an energy-packed jack-of-all-trades, while the Allgäuer Zeitung reported on two hours of continuous laughter and minutes of applause.
Conclusion: An evening for everyone who wants to laugh heartily again
On Saturday, November 21, 2026, Constanze Lindner will transform the Lindenkeller into a stage for joy of life, self-irony, and smart comedy. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the show starts at 8:00 PM. Those who love cabaret with heart, acting with pace, and punchlines with an aftershock will experience an evening that feels significantly longer than the distance from their seat to the cloakroom.
