Robert Palfrader brings his "Testament" to Freising
When a cabaret artist opens his "Testament", it is not about inheritances, but about pointed thoughts, sharp observations, and a good portion of Austrian humor. Robert Palfrader presents his new comedy solo program on November 26, 2026, at the Lindenkeller Freising.
Punchlines with imperial stage presence
Palfrader addresses the big and small questions of life: What must one know to rest in peace? And how do you remain loud and clearly audible while doing so? From these considerations, a cabaret evening emerges with dry wit, precise timing, and captivating acting power.
From the Emperor to Solo Cabaret
Robert Palfrader became known through the ORF comedy format "echt fett" and as His Majesty Robert Heinrich I. in the satire talk show "Wir sind Kaiser", which he shaped from 2007 to 2021. He also appeared in "BÖsterreich", "Braunschlag", "Altes Geld", "Tatort", "Landkrimi", "Bier Royal", and "Walking on Sunshine".
Satire, acting, and sharp timing
Together with Florian Scheuba and Thomas Maurer, Palfrader developed "Wir Staatskünstler". His theater experience, including performances at the Volkstheater and the Volksoper, adds additional acting depth to his stand-up cabaret. The audience can expect a comedy atmosphere between elegant presentation, absurd leaps of thought, and sharp punchlines.
A laughter experience for cabaret fans
"Testament" combines political and social observation with personal stage energy. Palfrader's distinctive voice, his controlled interaction, and his sense of precisely timed pauses create that audience reaction where concentrated silence is followed by loud laughter throughout the hall.
Conclusion
Robert Palfrader invites you to an entertaining cabaret evening full of wit, satire, and acting elegance at the Lindenkeller Freising. Those who want to experience Austrian humor, strong stage presence, and intelligent comedy live should secure a ticket in advance.
