DEEPER PURPLE brings the sound of rock history to Freising
On Thursday, November 19, 2026, the Lindenkeller in Freising will transform into an energy-filled meeting place for classic rock fans. DEEPER PURPLE presents the SPACE TRUCKERS Tour 2026, a powerful tribute show in honor of Deep Purple, bringing great rock classics to the stage.
Legendary songs and real goosebumps feeling
The setlist combines well-known Deep Purple anthems with selected surprises for die-hard fans. Expected highlights include classics like Highway Star, Black Night, Woman from Tokyo, Child in Time, Perfect Strangers, Mistreated, and Smoke on the Water. A dynamic live performance, virtuous instrumental passages, and the characteristic sound of Hammond organ, electric guitar, bass, and drums shape the discovery experience.
International tribute band with European stage energy
DEEPER PURPLE was founded in 2014 in Marbella and regularly tours through the UK and Spain. The musicians come from different parts of Europe: vocalist Luca Ravase is from Italy and lives in Greece, guitarist Rob Sas is from England and lives in Marbella, drummer Thomas Hauser is from Munich, bassist Phil Crombie is from near London, and keyboardist David Chapman is from Sunderland. This international lineup combines different musical experiences into an authentic rock show.
Connection to Rainbow and five decades of rock history
The band's history also includes joint performances with former Rainbow musicians. New York keyboardist Paul Morris toured with DEEPER PURPLE in 2020, and former Rainbow singer Dougie White joined the band on stage for individual concerts. The tribute takes a deep dive into the cultural heritage of hard rock, bringing to life the development of a genre that has influenced generations of musicians and fans for decades.
Live concert at Lindenkeller Freising
The Lindenkeller at Veitsmüllerweg 2 provides the perfect setting for an immediate concert evening. The concert is unseated and promises short distances to the stage, direct contact with the band, and an intense atmosphere. The event is scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026; the ticket provider lists 8:00 PM as the start time, while the Freising district event calendar indicates a concert period starting at 9:00 PM.
