Jazzschool live in Concert: Freising experiences young jazz talents live
On Thursday, November 26, 2026, the pavilion of the Freising music school will be transformed into a stage for young musicians with professional aspirations. In the project concert Jazzschool live in Concert, students from the vocational school for rock, pop & jazz in Munich present a diverse live program together with the Freising music school.
Between swing, funk, and modern jazz
Nearly 50 ambitious musicians will bring the full spectrum of popular music to the stage. Swing classics meet funky pop arrangements and modern jazz compositions. This creates a concert evening that combines rhythmic precision, tonal openness, and the energy of young ensembles.
Musical education turns into a concert experience
The event demonstrates how musical training results in a lively stage performance. In the orchestration, voices, wind instruments, rhythm group, and harmony instruments interlace. Attention, synchronization, and spontaneous interaction shape the live atmosphere, while improvisation and carefully crafted arrangements provide varied sound colors.
Young jazz talents with professional prospects
The New Jazz School Munich is one of the traditional training centers for jazz and popular music in Germany. The state-recognized vocational school combines theoretical music knowledge with practical stage experience. Classes in ear training, harmony, arranging, and ensemble work provide the foundation for the concert performance in Freising.
An evening for Freising jazz lovers
The concert is considered a special opportunity to experience talented young musicians in a focused live atmosphere. The pavilion of the Freising music school provides the perfect setting for an evening filled with grooving swing, danceable funk moments, and contemporary jazz language.
Admission is free, donations are warmly welcomed. Those who want to support young musicians and experience the versatility of rock, pop, and jazz live will find a musically open and inspiring concert evening at Jazzschool live in Concert.
