When Children's Rights Become Visible: Graffiti Art at the Freising City Library
From September 8 to October 17, 2026, the Freising City Library will transform into a vibrant exhibition space. Under the title Creative Works for Children's Rights, the Specialist Academy for Social Pedagogy presents numerous graffiti artworks created by aspiring educators in a workshop with the artist Oliver Skarvan on canvas.
