Cancelled: Bee Maja will not come to Freising on October 27, 2026

The planned children's theater THE BEE MAJA in the Asamsaal Freising has been cancelled due to a serious illness in the ensemble. The performance was scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM and was aimed at children aged 4 years and older, as well as their families.

An adventure journey with Maja and Willi

In the staging by the Redmanns Munich fairy tale stage, the most famous bee in the world was supposed to begin her curious journey of discovery. Maja wants to get to know the world and go her own way. Together with her friend Willi, she meets the dung beetle Kurt, the housefly Puck, the spider Thekla, and dangerous wasps.

Child-friendly story about courage and friendship

The story based on the book by Waldemar Bonsels combines excitement, children's laughter, and important values. Maja and Willi learn that courage, friendship, and solidarity help in difficult situations. Thus, the play offers an age-appropriate learning experience for young viewers aged 4 and up.
