ASAM DANCES: Lively Hours Full of Music and Community
An afternoon with familiar melodies, friendly encounters, and great joy in movement awaits the 60+ generation in the Asamfoyer in Freising. At the popular ASAM dance tea, the city of Freising invites everyone to swing their dancing feet together and experience wonderful hours in a relaxed atmosphere.
Foxtrot, Cha-Cha-Cha, and Waltz
DJ Wolfgang provides the musical entertainment and brings popular dance rhythms onto the floor. Foxtrot, Cha-Cha-Cha, and Waltz create a familiar atmosphere where couples, friends, and all dance enthusiasts are welcome. Music requests are explicitly encouraged and add a personal touch to the afternoon.
Movement, Well-Being, and Social Participation
Dancing together connects movement with social participation. The rhythmic steps promote encounters, provide pleasant activity, and support personal well-being. Even those who prefer to watch, chat, or simply enjoy individual dances will find a senior-friendly place for community and good cheer in the Asamfoyer.
Coffee, Cake, and Pleasant Breaks
During the dance breaks, the beautiful Asamfoyer invites guests to linger. Coffee, tea, and cake provide a delightful interruption and offer opportunities for conversations. There is an additional fee for refreshments, apart from the free entrance.
Senior-Friendly Venue
The ASAM is centrally located at Marienplatz in Freising. The access to the venue is barrier-free. This makes the dance afternoon suitable for older people who value short distances, a pleasant indoor atmosphere, and social encounters.
